Beach Walks

I have to tell you, there is nothing like a windy walk on a beach to make you appreciate summer. We enjoyed two days at Petit Cap near Shediac with friends Gary and Susan. It was great to have some real R&R, just being lazy and enjoying each others' company. We had several great walks and talks on the beach, looking for beach glass and other ocean treasures. Great food and a couple of games of Quiddler topped it off! Of course we had to patronize BelAir, THE local spot for fresh seafood (HOW does one ever choose between fried clams, lobster and fish and chips???) and then we discover that there is a Cold Stone Creamery in Shediac... well, one HAS to have dessert..... Ah yes, it was a good visit. Thanks Gary and Susan!! You're the best! I can sure see why you love it there so much....

Check back later today for more quilts from the Maine Quilt Show...

Peace,
Linda
