I wish I could visit all of you Mothers and present you with a gorgeous big bouquet today, but I'll have to settle for sending you some flowers from here.... enjoy! Later I'm heading out with my camera to a brook nearby to snap some pics of the Dogtooth Violets I spied blooming in the woods. I miss my Mum daily, I'd give anything to be able to give her a hug right now. I shared some special memories of her here. Just wanted to say a very Happy Mothers Day to all you mothers out there.... I brought these beautiful blooms all the way from British Columbia for you!! These are photos I took at Minter Gardens in Chilliwack, before I headed to Calgary. More about that part of my trip in a few days... Tune in tomorrow for an interesting story about one of Fredericton's biggest fires, many years ago.
