I ahd no idea who Queen Annes lace got it's name. lately i ahve been using the blossom heads for sun prints and they have been turning out really well. We all really need the rain!! do you have joe Pye Weed that far North? We have it here in VA and it is being swarmed by butterflies who are storing up feul for the migrations south. We had it in MA when I lived there as well but I guess I did not notice it as much. it has a big floppy pink head that grows in a dome shape. the plant itself is about 4-5 ft tall.
